Booking & Refund Policy

Booking Options

  • Online: Book your session or party anytime using card payment.

  • Walk-In: Pop in on the day and book at reception using cash or card (subject to availability).

  • Future Bookings: Plan ahead! You can book sessions or parties for any future date online or in person.

Payment

  • Online payments are taken at the time of booking.

  • Walk-in bookings must be paid when you arrive.

Cancellations & Refunds

Online or Future Bookings

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: Full refund or credit toward another visit.

  • Within 48 hours: No refund, but you can reschedule for another day (subject to availability).

Walk-In Bookings (Same-Day)

  • Same-day bookings paid in cash or card are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be possible if there’s space.

Party Bookings

  • A £100 deposit secures your party.

  • More than 7 days’ notice: Refund minus the deposit.

  • Within 7 days: No refund, but we may help you reschedule if possible.

Events & Site Closures

  • Events are subject to change without notice.

  • If our site closes due to circumstances beyond our control (like extreme weather or emergencies), no refunds or compensation can be offered.

Amendments

  • You can change your booking date or time up to 48 hours before your visit, subject to availability.
