Online: Book your session or party anytime using card payment.
Walk-In: Pop in on the day and book at reception using cash or card (subject to availability).
Future Bookings: Plan ahead! You can book sessions or parties for any future date online or in person.
Payment
Online payments are taken at the time of booking.
Walk-in bookings must be paid when you arrive.
Cancellations & Refunds
Online or Future Bookings
More than 48 hours’ notice: Full refund or credit toward another visit.
Within 48 hours: No refund, but you can reschedule for another day (subject to availability).
Walk-In Bookings (Same-Day)
Same-day bookings paid in cash or card are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be possible if there’s space.
Party Bookings
A £100 deposit secures your party.
More than 7 days’ notice: Refund minus the deposit.
Within 7 days: No refund, but we may help you reschedule if possible.
Events & Site Closures
Events are subject to change without notice.
If our site closes due to circumstances beyond our control (like extreme weather or emergencies), no refunds or compensation can be offered.
Amendments
You can change your booking date or time up to 48 hours before your visit, subject to availability.
