Membership Terms & Conditions
INTRODUCTION

By joining the Little Explorers Members Club, you agree to our membership terms and conditions, along with our health and safety Rules of Play.

To activate your membership, a photo will be taken during your first visit. This helps us validate your Members Club ID each time you arrive for your next adventure!

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you choose to pay for your Little Explorers Members Club membership monthly, you’re committing to a minimum of 12 consecutive monthly payments.

Payments will continue to be collected automatically unless you cancel them directly with your bank or building society.

If a payment is missed or interrupted, your membership will be placed on hold, and your membership ID will no longer grant access at admissions.

If two consecutive payments fail due to insufficient funds, your membership will be revoked, and you will no longer be eligible to reapply for a monthly membership.

If you attempt to visit while your membership is on hold, normal session admission charges will apply; membership benefits will not be available during this time.

Unpaid balances may be pursued for collection.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry at any time.

  • All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times,  supervision is required for the full duration of your visit.

  • Our team provides clear safety instructions to help everyone stay safe while exploring.

  • While we work hard to minimise risk, Awesome Little Explorers cannot be held responsible for injuries or accidents, especially those resulting from unsupervised play.

  • Please follow all height and age guidelines as set by our staff,  these are in place for everyone’s safety.

  • We are not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings while on site.

  • Jewellery is worn at your own risk. If your child wears glasses, please ensure they are secure during play.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children stay hydrated and don’t overheat during active play.

  • Children who are feeling unwell should not use the play equipment.

  • We recommend suitable clothing for play, long sleeves, trousers, and socks help prevent scrapes and bumps.

  • No running is permitted outside of the play areas (including around the café or toilets).

  • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.

  • No food, drink, or chewing gum is allowed inside the play structures.

  • Only food and drink purchased from the Little Explorers Café may be consumed on site.

CHILDREN’S ID CARDS & ENTRANCE TO AWESOME LITTLE EXPLORERS SOFT PLAY & CAFE
  • Club Memberships are valid only when the named child or children are present.

  • Each child will receive their own personalised Membership ID card upon joining.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or gifted to others.

  • All memberships are non-refundable.

  • Members must present their valid Membership ID card at the entrance on every visit to gain entry.

  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times while on site.

  • Photocopies or digital copies of ID cards will not be accepted.

  • Membership ID cards remain the property of Awesome Little Explorers and may be withdrawn in cases of misuse or fraudulent activity.

  • If a valid Membership ID card is not presented, the standard walk-in admission fee will be charged.

  • If your Membership ID card is lost, please notify our team. A replacement card can be issued for a £5 administration fee.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Entry is offered on a first come, first served basis, pre-booking is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

Awesome Little Explorers reserves the right to close part or all of the play areas or facilities at any time, without prior notice or compensation, for safety, maintenance, or private events

REFUNDS

Events are subject to change without notice and no refunds or compensation is paid should our site close due to circumstances beyond its control. 

WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA

If you are not a registered member of Awesome Little Explorers, we do not collect or store any personal information about you.

If you are a registered member with an active account, your personal information may only be accessed by:

  • Our system administrators, for the purpose of managing your account.

  • Our support team, but only when necessary to assist with your membership or technical support.

We are committed to handling your information with care and in accordance with data protection regulations.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
  • For as long as you remain a member and 12 months after unless you request otherwise..
AMENDMENTS

Awesome Little Explorers reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions. Members will be notified of any changes with at least one month’s notice, sent via email to all registered club members.
